One card for food, an outing, and quiet
A day-rhythm card is a single sheet a household can read again in the evening.
Three lines are enough: when food is offered, when the pet goes out or to a supervised spot, and when the house is quiet. Add a date. Do not add a score. If the day changes, replace the card instead of stacking contradictions.
This is household language, not a training guarantee and not veterinary instruction.
